Senior Attorney

Mark White, Esq., is a seasoned litigator and proven problem solver. He started his legal career in Ireland in 2005, qualifying as a barrister. Subsequently, he was admitted as a barrister in England and Wales. Initially, Mark worked as in-house counsel for Coca-Cola. In 2006, he entered private practice. He practiced as a litigator and trial lawyer. In late 2015, Mark relocated to the United States and qualified as an attorney. Since then, he has practiced as a commercial litigator. Mark has represented plaintiff and defendant clients in breach of contract and commercial/business disputes, shareholder lawsuits, derivative actions, corporate divorces, commercial real estate transactions, and securities law. Mark is well-versed in ADR dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration before AAA, FINRA, and JAMS.
